On Sunday, the 18th September 2011, local election in Berlin, Germany took place. A brand new political format entered the Berlin ruling house for the first time: The Pirates!

Cost-free subway rides, transparency in politics, uncensored internet, and similar popular but real citizen expectations are represented by this innovative party. Provocatively they are dressed in an unconventional way, similar like the Green party several generations ago. Very rarely taking place on the planet, therefore worthwhile to follow:
